- Mechanism: When you click "Apply," you are immediately redirected to the employer’s external website.
- Data Access: We do not collect, view, store, or transmit any of your personal information during this process. You interact solely with the third-party site.
"Easy Apply" Applications
For select opportunities we offer a streamlined "Easy Apply" feature.
- Data Collection: We collect only the specific information you voluntarily provide to apply (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number, Resume/CV).
- Usage: This data is collected solely for the purpose of transmitting your application to the hiring company.
- Encryption & Security: Your data is safely encrypted the moment you submit it. It is transmitted securely to the employer and is not decrypted or used by us for any other purpose.
Data Retention
We operate on a "pass-through" basis for "Easy Apply" roles. Once your application for a position is successfully transmitted to the employer. We do not use your contact information for marketing lists or newsletters.
Third-Party Websites
While we host listings for reputable companies like Dunkin' and Medzoomer, please be aware that once you leave our site to apply for a job—whether it is a Pharmacy Delivery Driver in Florida or a Cake Decorator in Ohio—our Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external employer site you visit.
Children’s Privacy
Our platform is intended for job seekers ready to enter the workforce. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the legal working age in their respective state (e.g., New York, Illinois, Washington). If you are applying for a Apprentice - DHL (2nd Year Student) role, you must meet the age requirements set by the employer.
